As many will know acquiring a teacup or miniature pig in South Africa is near impossible!
It took me months to find my first teacup pig and then many more months to find a miniature potbelly who didn’t weigh 50kgs!
I was shocked by the number of scams, inbreeding and people claiming to sell miniatures when in fact the piglets were only normal potbellies.
I decided in June 2009 to start a breeding program for miniature pigs without inbreeding them and producing healthy, small piglets.
